It has numerous awards and recommendations by leading magazines, Zone Alarm is available FREE and for non-profit and charitable entities however (excludes educational institutions and governmental entities) a fire wall intended for personal and individual use and will also not cost you a dime.

It is also an anti virus program that is also free to use and can be updated regularly although if you prefer to use a different anti virus software you do not have to install the anti virus part and you can just use the firewall.

Sunbelt allow you to use their full version for 30 days and then after that you can still use it for nothing but with fewer features. It is one of the best firewalls out there and most importantly it does not reduce the speed of your computer.
